Join us for a two-hour holistic workshop blending mindful movement, guided meditation, and group discussion to nurture connection, self-discovery, and growth.
JYM CLASS is led by ZEN:MNM founders Marcus and Miranda Lattimore, alongside collaborating artists and wellness specialists.
What to Expect
Check-in & Introductions: A warm welcome to build community.
Movement: Engage in 40 minutes of mindful yoga to awaken the body.
Meditation: Rest and reflect through a guided meditation session.
Journaling & Discussion: Explore thoughts and insights in a 50-60 minute journaling and group discussion.
Our goal is for each participant to leave with fresh perspectives and a sense of release from what no longer serves them.
We currently offer workshops in three formats:
Virtual: Attend from the comfort of your home.
On-Site: We’ll bring JYM CLASS to your space.
