This class will consist of longer holds, which challenges us to focus on how postures feel in our bodies, allowing us to release what no longer serves our best potential.

Let’s move past self-doubt, and flow through balance challenges and settle in to cleansing twists for a nice reset.

Welcoming the new month, we will set an intention releasing what needs to be let go of, and embracing all that is to come.

Street Books Fundraiser at Up Up Books with poetry by ZEN:MNM’s Marcus Lattimore. Enjoy an evening of spoken word poetry by some of Portland’s powerful poets, and support the vital work Street Books does, providing literature and a community of care on the streets of Portland.
